摘要

Abstract

In the modern mechanical processing, especially in one-piece or small batch with conventional precision situation, planer is indispensable processing machine tools. To solve the problem of low efficiency in actual working, tool rod components was optimized and the blade was increased. Thus the original planer with single rod and single blade was turned into a planer with double rods and double edges. 3D modeling and simulation had been done in SolidWorks. With analysis in Solidworks simulation design, it turns out that the new designed tool not only meets the strength and stiffness requirement but also has greatly improving the working efficiency.
