Unitive fuzzy control strategy of the grid-side converter for doubly-fed induction generator in wind farm
摘要
Abstract
The grid-side converter of doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) in wind farm usually operates at unity power factor and its potential reactive power regulation capacity is not well utilized. The reactive power regulation limit is analyzed in the paper. For the nonlinear, time-varying d-q system of grid-side converter, a unitive fuzzy control strategy is proposed in which grid-side converter compensates reactive power and suppresses generator output voltage fluctuation caused by wind speed variation. A simulation model of a 2 MW wind power DFIG connected with the terminal of an infinity grid is built based on PSCAD/EMTDC, simulation results verify the efficiency of the proposed strategy.关键词
