可再生能源配额制对优化我国电源结构的影响分析
Analysis of the influences of RPS on the optimization of power source structure in China
摘要
Abstract
Focusing on the issues such as unreasonable power source structure and dilemmas of renewable energy development, this paper builds the model of power plants' maximum profits after the introduction of RPS and empirically analyzes the latest statistics from China Electricity Council. The conclusion shows that after the switch from Feed-in Law to quota for renewable energy power generation, the raise of quota will lead to the increase of coal power's marginal cost as well as the decrease of renewable energy power's marginal cost, and then influence the amount of electricity, namely, the amount of electricity from coal-fired power decreases and that from renewable energy increases. This means the introduction of RPS quota can effectively optimize Chinese power mix structure to improve the excessive reliance on coal-fired power.关键词
