Economic decision support tool of renewable energy for wind and PV power projects-IRPP model and its application
摘要
Abstract
Due to the different resource potential and equipment, it's difficult to calculate the exact generation cost for different wind and PV power projects. A comprehensive tool is strongly needed to perform the economic evaluation of wind or PV power projects especially for provincial government when formulating planning and approving projects. An economic evaluation model-IRPP (Integrated Renewable Energy Planning) is introduced for wind and PV power projects, based on a detailed meteorological and product database from RETscreen. The model can calculate the annual generation cost according to the resource potential of project location,generation equipment type and technique. Moreover, sensitivity analyze module is integrated in the model.关键词
