摘要

Abstract

Three-dimentional finite element model of a 250 mL infusion bottle embryo injection molding was established by plastic flow theory, and the forming process was simulated numerically by using Moldflow software. The filling position of the molten plastic in the flow path was probed. The distribution diagram of filling time, pressure, the flow front temperature and cavitations were analyzed. And the pressure versus time graph at the gate was obtained. It provides the theoretical reference for improving perform molding quality, optimizing mold structure and confirming the process parameter.
