橡胶草胶乳蛋白双向电泳方法的建立
Establishment of Two-dimensional Electrophoresis for Taraxacum Kok-saghyz Rodin Latex Protein

Abstract
The total protein samples of Taraxacum Kok-saghyz Rodin (TKS) latex extracted by Tris-saturated phenol method and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) /acetone precipitation method were analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis ( 2 -DE). The 2 -DE gel of TCA/acetone precipitation showed strong horizontal streaks and background blur, and 446 protein spots; While the Tris-saturated phenol extraction was capable of generating more than 630 protein spots, obtaining better effect of isoelectric focusing. There were more small proteins revealed by Tris-saturated phenol extraction.关键词
