半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕98例临床观察

Abstract
Objective: Discussing the clinical effect of using Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction to treat vertigo. Methods: 220 vertigo patients were treated in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2010, in which 98 patients were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction as the observation group, the remaining 122 patients were treated with Xuanyunning Pill as control group. Results: 71 cases in the observation group were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective. The difference had statistically significance about clinical effect compared with the control group. Conclusion: Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction could aim at both wind and sputum in the treatment of vertigo, and also treat both manifestation and root cause of disease. So it has showed outstanding clinical effect and it is worth pushing in clinic.关键词
