电针结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征疗效观察
Curative Observation of Electro-acupuncture plus Rehabilitation Training on Treating Shoulder-hand Syndrome after Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate curative effects of electro-acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: 60 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 30 patients. Patients in treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture on the basis of rehabilitation training of control group and was evaluated according to criteria of assessment for therapeutic effects after 30 days of treatment. Results: Upper limb and arthralgia in both groups alleviated and treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture plus rehabilitation training is an effective method to treat shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.关键词
