在临床路径健康教育中应用辨证施护对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响
Effects of Health Education of Dialectic Nursing Combined with Clinical Pathway on the Quality of Life for Type 2 Diabetes Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the effects of health education of dialectic nursing combined with clinical pathway on the quality of life for type 2 diabetes patients. Methods: 154 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 77 cases in each group. The control group was provided health education in routine clinical path. The experimental group was provided health education which including dialectical nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine and clinical pathway. Results: After the intervention, the differences of the index of disease and the quality of life between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05 ). Conclusions: The dialectical nursing combined with clinical pathway in the health education of type 2 diabetes can improve the index of disease and the quality of life.关键词
