针刺不同穴位对原发性痛经患者镇痛效应的比较研究
Analgesic effect of puncturing different acupoints in patients with primary dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of puncturing different acupoints on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: Primary dysmenorrhea patients were selected and divided into single-point group [Shiqizhui (EX-B8)] with 85 cases and multipoint group [Shiqizhui (EX-B8) ,Ciliao (BL32), Diji (SP8) ,Sanyinjiao (SP6)] with 87 cases. Before and after acupuncture, to observe the changes of pain visual analogue scale (VAS) of the two groups and to compare the differences. Results: After the treatment, the scores of VAS in both groups were lower than before the treatment, and the difference was significant (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference of VAS between before and after treatment in both groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Single-point group and multi-point group can significantly reduce the pain of primary dysmenorrheal. Shiqizhui is effective point of immediate analgesia in treating the disease.关键词
