盐胁迫下高粱幼苗生长及其对耐盐性评价的影响
Growth of Sorghum Seedlings under Salt Stress and Its Effect on Evaluating Salt Tolerance

Abstract
Six sorghum strains with different sugar contents and agronomic traits were used to investigate the variation of agronomic characters of sorghum seedlings under different salt stress for 7 and 14 days and the effect on evaluating salt tolerance. The results showed that the growth of sorghum seedlings was inhibited strongly with the increase of salt concentration and stress time, for example, the seedling height, fresh weight, saturated fresh weight and dry weight decreased. The seedling height after treated for 7 and 14 days was significantly different under 0 mmol/L,50 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L NaC1,but was not significant at 150 mmol/L, 200 mmol/L and 250 mmol/L NaC1. After treated for 14 days under salt stress, the fresh weight, saturated fresh weight and dry weight were not different between the treatments of 50 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L, 150mmol/L and 200mmol/L NaC1; but they were significant different between the other NaC1 concentrations. The correlation of seedling height, fresh weight, saturated fresh weight and dry weight was significant in each NaC1 concentration, however, the correlation of SI and SL was possitively significant in the concentrations of 100 mmol/L and 150 mmol/L.关键词
