氮磷钾不同配比对甘薯产量和品质的影响
Effects of Different Proportions of Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium on Yield and Quality of Sweet Potato [Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam]

Abstract
The effects of different ratios of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium on yield and quality of sweet potato were studied by plot test in field. The results showed that the combination of 5 kg P2O5 and 10 kg K2O per 666.7m (P5K10) could significantly increase fresh and dry yields of Jishu 21, which was 7.83% and 9. 95% higher than those of the control respectively. The other combinations decreased the yield, and the lowest one was 6 kg N, 5 kg P2O5 and 10 kg K2O per 666.7m2 (N6P5K10). At late stage of growth and development, the combinations of P5K10 and N6K10(6 kg N and 10 kg K2O per 666.7m2) could promote the nutrients transported into the root tuber, and eventually increased the dry matter content of root tuber. But the combination of N6P5(6 kg N, 5 kg P2O5 per 666. 7m2) and N6P5K10 went against the accumulation of dry matter of root tuber. All the fertilizer combinations could promote the accumulation of soluble sugar. P5K10 and N6K10 also promoted the accumulation of starch at early - mid stages. P5K10, N6P5 and N6K10 promoted the accumu-lation of starch at middle and late stages. Of all the combinations, P5K10 changed the maximum, which indicated that phosphorus and potassium fertilizers could promote the accumulation and transformation of soluble sugar, increase the starch content in root tuber of sweet potato.关键词
