中药综合治疗对糖尿病足早期周围神经病变神经传导速度的影响
Influence of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy on the nerve conduction velocity of early diabetic foot

Abstract
Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine therapy for treatment of early diabetic foot clinic effect of peripheral nerve lesions, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods 62 elderly patients with diabetic foot ( early) peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. 32 cases in the treatment group were treated with the internal and external administration of the Chinese herbs; 30 cases in the control group received basic treatment of taking o-rally methylcobalamin. We took 4 weeks as a course of treatment, and the changes of clinical symptoms and electromyogra-phy of nerve conduction velocity of two groups were observed before and after treatment of 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Two groups of motor nerve conduction (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction (SNCV) were improved ( P ＜ 0. 01) , but the treatment group was better than control group (P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion The combined therapy of TCM can obviously improve the early aged diabetic foot nerve conduction velocity of peripheral nerve lesions.关键词
