帕病1号方治疗强直少动型早期帕金森病28例临床观察
Clinical Study of PabingⅠFormula for 28 Early Stage Parkinson of Stiffness and Less Dynamic Pattern

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of Pabing I Formula for early stage Parkinson of stiffness and less dynamic pattern. Methods : Fifty-eight early stage Parkinson patients were randomed into two groups, the treatment group ( N = 28 ) received Pabing I Formula, the control group ( N =30 ) received madopar. The treatment last for 2 months. Results: Both groups showed improved motor function compared with before treatment ( P < 0. 01 ), with similar efficacy ( P > 0. 05 ); patient of both groups had improved quality of life compared with before treatment ( P < 0. 01 ), and Pabing I Formula group showed better efficacy ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Pabing I Formula showed motor function improvement similar to the effect of madopar, and was superior to madopar group in improving the quality of life of the patients.关键词
