Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of drug-containing serum of Zishentongluo Decoction( ZSTL ) on glomerular mesangial cell ( GMC ) proliferationon in vitro under high glucose to explore its significance in the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy ( DN ). Methods: The thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide ( MTT ) colorimetric method was used to observe the glomerular mesangial cell proliferation in different time. Results: Compared with the normal group, vitro cultured glomerular mesangial cells obviously proliferated under the stimulation of high glucose and LPS. Compared with the model group, the drug-containing serum of Zishentongluo Decoction ( ZSTL ) could inhibit proliferation of GMCs. Conclusion: Vitro cultured glomerular mesangial cells could obviously proliferate under the stimulation of high glucose and LPS, and drug-containing serum of Zishentongluo Decoction( ZSTL ) can inhibit the proliferation of GMCs which could be helpful for preventing the progression of diabetic nephropathy.关键词
