Abstract
Because the Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station is located in scenic area and adjacent to the local water supply source and the construction needs large-scale excavation and filling, the requirements on environment protection and soil and water conservation is high. In order to minimize the adverse impacts of station construction on environment, a series of protective measures is taken. Some special management measures are also implemented to solve the problems which commonly encounter in environmental protection and soil and water conservation of water resources and hydropower engineering. The actual construction shows that the environmental protection and soil and water conservation meet the requirements.关键词
