摘要

Abstract

The early concrete mix proportion testes for Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station show that, comparing with standard concrete, the cement and water utilization in concrete is larger and the frost indexes are difficult to meet design requirements. The study shows that higher powder content in gravel aggregate is the cause. By strengthening raw material mining management and transforming aggregate processing system to reduce the content of particles with a size less than 0.075 mm in aggregate, and optimizing the mix proportion of concrete, the water utilization and frost resistance of concrete meet the requirements of design, and the cement utilization is reduced to achieve economic target.
