Abstract
Taking the emergency risk-elimination of hydropower project as the working center of the Armed Police Hydropower Troops, the scientific and reasonable preparation of the emergency rescue equipment for the professional squadrons are the key links to largely enhance both the emergency rescue capacity and the supporting capacity; for which the principle, basis, planning and supporting measures concerned are mainly described herein.关键词
