Correlation analysis of craniocerebral injury and traumatic coagulopathy in multiple injury

Abstract
Objective To discuss the relationship between craniocerebral injury and traumatic coagulopathy in multiple injuries. Methods A total of 315 cases of patients with multiple injury and severe trauma were retrospectively analyzed. The correlation analysis of craniocerebral injury and traumatic coagulopathy in multiple injuries were summarized and analyzed. Results Traumatic coagulopathy occurred in 41 patients. The incidence rate of coagulation disturbance was 32.7%, with 13.0% of traumatic coagulopathy and 58.8% of ISS score > 45. There were significant differences in ISS scores (P = 0.048), GCS scores (P = 0.000) and hospitalized time (P = 0.028) between traumatic coagulopathy patients and non-coagulopathy patients. The GCS scores, ISS scores, hopothermia, hopotension and acidosis were independent risk factors in the incidence of traumatic coagulopathy. The ISS scores, GCS scores, traumatic coagulopathy and fluid rescisitation can predict outcome in the patient with multiple injury and severe trauma. Conclusion GCS score can reflect the severity of craniocerebral injury, and is an independent factor in the incidence and outcome prediction of traumatic coagulopathy for guiding the clinical practice.关键词
