高强度聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的随机对照研究
Efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva. Methods: Fifty nine patients with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva diagnosed pathologically were randomly allocated to the high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) group (29 patients) and cortical hormone group(30 patients). Patients' signs and symptoms and the life quality and the adverse reaction were assessed before treatment, 1 month and 3 months after treatment respectively to evaluate the effect and side effect between the two groups. Results: Patients' signs and symptoms and life quality were improved in both groups after 1 month therapy. The patients' sign improvement in HIFU group significantly better than that in hormone group after 1 month treatment (P<0. 05), while patients' symptoms in both groups was similar (P>0. 05). Therapeutic effect had no significant difference between the two groups after 3 months treatment (P > 0. 05). There was no paravaginal tissue injury in HIFU group. Conclusion: HIFU is one of the safe and effective methods in treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva.关键词
