Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analyze women factors that influence pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination(IUI)with husband sperm.
Methods: The clinical data of 423 infertile couples undergoing 1,030 IUI were analyzed. Relationships between pregnancy rate and maternal age, infertile time, infertile types, natural cycle, ovulation induction cycle were investigated.
Results: With the increase of age, the pregnancy rate was decreased. The clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher in the patients with infertile time ≤ 2years than that in 6-9 years (P < 0. 05). The clinical pregnancy rate of the patients with secondary infertility was significantly higher than that of the patients with primary infertility(P<0. 01). The clinical pregnancy rate was higher in ovulation induction cycles than that in natural cycles(P<0. 05). There was no statistic significance in clinical pregnancy rate between natural cycles and ovulation induction cycles in the patients with normal ovulation.
Conclusion; In the IUI cycle with husband sperm, age, infertile time and infertile types can affect pregnancy rate. Ovulation induction can not improve pregnancy rate in the patients with normal ovulation. The effects of various factors should be considered comprehensively in the process of therapy.关键词
