男性婚前保健人群生殖健康现状调查
Reproductive health status in male premarital health care population
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To survey the current status of reproductive health in male premarital health care population. Methods: A total of 1,680 male interviewees who met the inclusive criteria between August and December 2011 were enrolled in the cross-sectional survey from the Premarital Health Care Centers of Qingdao City. Results: A total of 1,589 qualified questionnaires were collected. The average age of the participants was 26. 33 ± 3. 18. The average knowledge score of reproductive health was 57. 30 ±20. 12. The influential factors for knowledge score were district(OR = 0. 559)and education level(OR=1. 429). The median age of having the first sex behavior was 22,and 90. 97% of the participants' the first sexual partner was regular partner. Only 69.73% of the participants reported that they used contractive measures in the resent intercourse,and 55. 04% of them indicated that they could not insist on use of contraceptive measures in the past 6 months. Conclusions: The knowledge level regarding reproductive health of male premarital health care population is at a low level. The rate of using contraception was at a mediate level, while there is a high prevalence of unwanted pregnancies.关键词
