水飞蓟宾乳糖苷的合成、表征及抗氧化活性研究
Synthesis, Characterization and Antioxidant Activity of Silybin Lactosified Derivatives
摘要
Abstract
To improve the solubility and biological activity of silybin,silybin lactosified derivatives were synthesized with silybin and lactose. The targeted compounds were characterized by IR.1H NMR,13C NMR and HPLC-MS,respectively. Reducing power,DPPH.ABTS+ radical scavenging assays and determination of lipid peroxidation were carried out to e-valuate the antioxidant and free radical scavenging abilities of silybin and its lactosified derivatives. The results showed that the antioxidant and free radical scavenging abilities of lactoside silybin was stronger than those of silybin.关键词
