Optimization of Extraction Process of Methyl Eugenol from Volatile Oil of Asarum Sieboldii Miq.by Ultrasound-assisted Extraction
摘要
Abstract
In this study,the content of methyl eugenol from volatile oil of Asarum sieboldii Miq. was extracted by ultrasound-assisted extraction and determined by spiking internal standard. Based on the results of single factor experiment, orthogonal tests were designed to optimize the extraction conditions, including immersion time, material-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and time. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were as follows;3 h as immersion time, 1 : 40 as material-liquid ratio,60℃as the extraction temperature,40 min as the extraction time,with 3 parallel experimental verifications. The yields of methyl eugenol extracted out under this condition were higher than any orthogonal group. The ultrasound-assisted extraction process was proved to be stable and reliable.关键词
