多孢马尾藻的营养成分分析与评价
Nutrient Analysis and Evaluation of Sargassum polyporum
摘要
Abstract
The common nutrient ingredient,insoluble dietary fiber,amino acid,fatty acid and mineral elements in Sargassum polyporum were analyzed. The results showed that insoluble dietary fiber were its main constituent,which was 45% of the dry weight marine algae. The percentage of protein content was 8. 85%. In addition, the essential amino acid was abundant in S. polyporum, which was 44% of the total amino acid. The proportion of essential amino acid to non-essential amino acid was 0.78. Although crude fat content was only 1. 14% ,it was rich in unsaturated fatty acid (63. 61% of crude fat). In addition,S. polyporum was rich in minerals,especially calcium,ferrum and manganese. The results indicated that S. polyporum is a kind of marine source which can provide high dietary fiber,high protein,low fat and rich minerals.关键词
