休闲期深翻覆盖对旱地小麦土壤水分、花后脯氨酸及籽粒蛋白质积累的影响
Effect of Mulch Under Deep Tillage in Fallow Period on Soil Water,Post-anthesis Proline Accumulation and Grains Protein Accumulation in Dryland Wheat

Abstract
This article studied the effect of soil water, proline after flowering and grains protein accumulation by deep plowing in different time in fallow period. The result showed that; (l)Deep plowing in fallow period could improve soil water storage from 0 — 300 cm every soil layer(20 cm) in pre-sowing, and conducive to accumulate rain water in period, so that it could promote the roots to absorb water in deep soil layer, and improve plants water consumption. It caused water storage decreasing, and the effect was significant by plastic film covering in deep plowing after rain. Deep plowing in period could improve the proline content after flowering after flowing, the content of grain proline at days after anthesis from 5 days to 20 days, and the activities of GS and GDH in flag leaves. It could improve the content of grain protein and its component content, Glu/Gli, the yield of grain protein, the result was the highest by plastic film covering in deep plowing after rain. And regulating effects of the grain protein content of early grain filling stage flag leaf and grain proline, the activities of flag leaf GS and GDH were better. (2) The relationships between water storage in deep soil in anthesis and the content of grain proline were close, and it had a significant correlation with flag leaf proline content. The correlations between the content of flag leaf proline and the activity of flag leaf GDH were significant, but the correlations between the content of grain proline and the activity of flag leaf GS were significant. The correlations between grain protein with its component content, protein yield and the activities of flag leaf GS and GDH were significant, and the correlations between Glu/Gli and the activity of flag leaf GS were significant. It showed that soil draught in anthesis could promote the accumulation of the proline of flag leaf and grain, so it affected the activities of flag leaf GS and GDH after flowing. And it could be conducive to accumulate grain protein, and improve the quality of grain protein. In a word, dryland wheat was conducive to improve moisture by covering after deep plowing after rain in fallow period, and promoted the growth of roots, and it could be conducive to improve the content and quality of grain protein, and the effect was significant by plastic film covering.关键词
