湘中丘陵区不同土地利用方式对土壤有机碳和微生物量碳的影响
Effects of Different Land Use Types on Soil Organic Carbon and Microbial Biomass Carbon in the Hilly Area,Central Hunan Province

Abstract
In order to understand the impacts of land use patterns on soil organic carbon(SOC) and soil microbial biomass carbon(SMBC), the differences of SOC and SMBC, and their correlation with soil fertility were investigated in five different land use patterns (secondary forest, Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation, nursery, slope farmland, paddy field) in hilly areas of central Hunan province, China. The results showed that the effects of land use patterns on the contents of SOC and SMBC were significant, both of their tendency were nearly the same, and the response of SMBC was more sensitive than SOC, SMBC/SOC. Compared with Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Lithocarpus glaber secondary forest, SOC content respectively decreased by 36. 99% ~55. 60%, 31. 70%~ 51. 23%, 23. 73% ~ 41. 51% in nursery, slope farmland, paddy field, and there also existed significant correlations, SOC content decreased by 25. 75% ~ 27. 74% in Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation, SMBC content increased over 71. 63% in paddy field, and respectively decreased by 34. 06%~35. 20%, 46. 93%~57. 04%, 48. 46% ~ 55. 06% in Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation, nursery, slope farmland;'SMBC/SOC increased more than 130% in paddy field, and respectively decreased by 6. 77% ~10. 93%, 7. 20% ~ 15. 04%, 10. 15% ~ 13. 14% in Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation, nursery, slope farmland. Significant correlations were found between SOC and SMBC, also found between SOC, SMBC and total N, available N, total P, available P, total K, available K, indicating that SMBC could be used as the sensitive indicators to measure the changes of SOC, both SOC and SMBC contents could be used as the important indicators to measure the changes of soil nutrient. It suggested that cultivating secondary forest to paddy field make the accumulation content of SOC decreased, but soil microbial activity increased, the accumulation content of SOC and soil microbial activity decreased in different degree by changing secondary forest to Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation, nursery, slope farmland.关键词
