摘要

Abstract

In order to find a suitable local production and ecological environment measures which combined crop residues incorporation with tillage method, the paper studied the effects of different tillage and crop residues incorporation on soil nutrient, soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, soil enzyme activity by a two-year( 2009 — 2011) field experiment. The result showed that the content of soil nutrient with crop residues incorporation was higher than no crop residues incorporation either tillage or rotary, in addition to available K, the differences reached significant level. The microbial biomass carbon content with crop residues incorporation in two seasons was significantly higher than no crop residues incorporation. Except rotary with crop residues incorporation in two seasons, rotary with crop residues incorporation in wheat season significantly improved the microbial biomass nitrogen content. Compared to tillage with no crop residues incorporation, tillage and rotary with crop residues incorporation in two seasons could effectively improved the activity of urease and invertase glucose, the urease increased 10. 96% and 9. 72%, and invertase glucose increased 30. 36% and 17. 87 %.
