Optimal Selection of Tubing Size of Injection & Production Wells in Chaoyanggou Oilfield Gas Storage

摘要

Abstract

The paper presents the optimization of tubing size based on gas well productivity, pressure drawdown, liquid - earring capacity and anti -erosion capacity, ect, by using nodal analyses and by taking the wells with moderate reservoir conditions of Chaoyanggou gas storage. The study shows that injection & production capacity increases with the increase in tubing size and wellhead pressure; pressure drawdown increases with the increase in the volume of injection & production and, however, decreases with the increase in tubing ID; and anti -erosion capacity of tubing increases with the increase in tubing ID and wellhead pressure. Tubing ID of 63.5mm is the best of all, which can inhibit erosion and liquid accumulation at the bottom of a well.
