Drilling and completion technology for horizontal wells in the Daniudi gas field
摘要
Abstract
The attempt of horizontal well technology in the Daniudi gas field has presented low drilling index, high cost, and can not meet the requirement of low cost and high efficiency development. The reasons of low drilling index are analyzed to he irrational well structure, large hole size, high build -up rate and coalbed collapse in angle buildup interval. The countermeasures are analyzed and optimized, thus formed a series of techniques, including 152. 4 mm horizontal hole structure technique, three - section single build - up rate trajectory design technique, combined drilling techniques for the vertical interval in the upper part of the second spud - in section, and coal seam safe drilling technique. Field application shows that the drilling index of horizontal drilling has been greatly improved in the Daniudi gas field, with drilling cycle shortened from 139 d to 61 d, ROP improved from 3. 02 m/h to 6. 75 m/h, thus obtained good application result.关键词
