摘要

Abstract

Shearer spiral drum as the main working part, its wear resistance is crucial; After long-term work,it has been found that because of the limitation of welding,high strength wear-resistant steel has been unable to meet the requirements of the complex geological conditions and high-power shearer by u-sing the new composite wear plates,a new welding process has been invented according to its composition and performance: by using gas shielded arc welding and specialty flux-cored wire welding , the strength of the weld has been improved, and the dropping of wear resistant block has been prevented effectively; Because of the high wear resistance of the composite wear plates, the wear resistance of the drum has been greatly improved than before, and the service life of the drum has been improved two times than the old technology.
