Effect of welded mechanical heterogeneity on fracture parameters of pipeline cracks
摘要
Abstract
Based on a numerical simulated approach of the uniform change of material mechanical property , the effect of the welded mechanical heterogeneity on the stress-strain fields and J-integral along a three dimension crack are simulated and analyzed by using a semi-elliptical crack in welded joints of pipeline in this paper. The results show that the maximal strain and stress and J-integral are located at the middle of the semi-elliptical cracks, and the crack is more susceptible to propagate at the boundaries of base metal and heat affect zone, and the propagating tending direction of the crack on the boundaries of weld metal and heat affect zone is the weld metal.关键词
