苏里格东区致密气藏压裂水平井产能影响因素及其优化设计
Experimental study on dehydration of the sludge containing alcohol and oil from North Shaanxi Gasfield
摘要
Abstract
The sludge containing alcohol and oil produced in the production,gathering and transportation process of natural gas is a kind of stable suspended emulsion system with complicated composition. The sludge must be dehydrated for its further treatment. For this reason,the flocculants for the dehydration are selected by laboratory experiments. The dehydration performance of 6 flocculants widely applied in field and their compounded agents is measured. The results show that, the compounded flocculant composed of PAC and SC-3 good dehydration performance,and when the dosage of PAC and SC-3 is 500 mg/L and 40 mg/L separately,the water content of the sludge can be reduced to below 80% and its volume can be reduced to 1/10 of original volume in 120 min.关键词
