Research on legislative issues of "euthanasia"
摘要
Abstract
The legal necessity and possibility of "euthanasia" in China from different angles and levels are analyzed through the research methods of literature research, sociology of law and legal analysis. At the same time, some legislative proposals on "euthanasia" are aslo briefly elaborated with China s specific national condition. The aim of this research is expected to benefit euthanasia legalization in China as soon as possible.关键词
