眼外伤合并前房出血60例临床观察
Clinical observation of ocular injuries with anterior chamber hemorrhage: a report of 60 cases

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the treatment of ocular injuries with anterior chamber hemorrhage. Methods:Sixty cases of ocular injuries with anterior chamber hemorrhage were retrospectively studied. Results: The vision recovery was determined by the amount of hemorrhage. Most patients can be restored to 0. 6. When hemorrhage at innterior chamber was less than two - thirds, the eyesight can be restored to 0.7 or higher. Conclusion ; The early surgery is the key in the treatment of ocular injuries with anterior chamber hemorrhage. The aqueous humor and blood should be released intermittently under ocular hypertension. The choroidal hemorrhage and detachment should be avoided.关键词
