变压器热点温度计算经典模型的对比分析及改进
Comparative Analysis on Classical Thermal Models for Calculating Transformer Hot-spot Temperature and Its Improvement

Abstract
The winding hot-spot temperature represents an important factor that determines the insulation life of the oil-immersed transformer, so it is imperative to monitor the hot-spot temperature for ensuring the safe operation of transformers. Three classical calculation models of transformer hot-spot temperature based on top-oil temperature, ANSI/IEEE C57. 91 model, Swift model and Susa model, are introduced in this paper. Then the calculation equations in these three thermal models are realized according to the parameters provided by the transformer manufacturer by using of Matlab/Simulink simulation tool. Simulation results show that the hot-spot temperature obtained by Susa model and ANSI/IEEE C57. 91 model are in good agreement with that of measured value, while the transient temperature calculation results obtained by Swift model are larger than that of measured value. In the end, as to the complexity of Susa model, a modified Susa model is proposed in this paper, which keeps intuitionistic physical meaning but is easier for engineering fast calculation.关键词
