摘要

Abstract

As an important component used in the double-stator wind generator, the design of the front flange is very important. A simple engineering comparative method was used after the welded structure was utilized to compare different effects of the thickness of main plates, gap and the thickness of the main plates. Then ANSYS was adopted to do modal analysis for four typical structures of the front flange and compared with previous results. It turned out that the simple engineering comparative method could work out the comparing results, and has a directive function on the design of this front flange, and is absolutely rapid and effective.
