Preliminary Study on the Effect on EM Bacteria to Microcystis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To know the effect of EM bacteria to Microcystis.Methods:When the sample mixed with a great number of EM bacteria, the change of biomass and yield of microcystis was analyzed.Result:The change of microcystis' biomass had positive relation with its yield.The biomass inhibition ratio of EM bacteria to Microcystis was 77.4% ,while inhibition ratio was 80% in the supernatant after 6 days.Conclusion:EM bacteria had the obvious inhibiting effect on microcystis.It may be derived from the inhibiting effect on photosynthesis(p<0.05).关键词
