Application of the Weighing Sensors in Radar Vehicle
摘要
Abstract
When mobile radar vehicle arrives at the site and to be deployed, there are strict requirements on the levelness of the vehicle platform along with load bearing of the supporting legs. Weighing sensor, which is a kind of sensitive component used for testing the states of the leveling support legs when they touch down on the ground, is significant to safety insurance as well as leveling stability. On the basis of detection principles of the weighing sensor, introduces in details its function in automatic leveling process of the radar vehicle is introduced in details. By means of dynamic load-bearing graph of the leveling legs during automatic leveling, the stress on the leveling legs is analyzed and analogized. In addition, static load-bearing detection function of the weighing sensor is also described and a solution is given with the application of the weighing sensor for eliminating the phenomenon of uncertain support of the leveling legs due to varieties of reasons.
