Decoupling Control for a Class of Uncertain Nonlinear Systems

Abstract
A dynamic matrix decoupling control method based on the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) inverse system method is presented for a class of uncertain nonlinear reversible systems. The inverse model of the original system can be constructed by using the LS-SVM as a methodology, and based on the theory of inverse system, a nonlinear system is decoupled into several relatively independent SISO (single input single output) pseudo-linear sub-systems. Dynamic matrix predictive control method for the closed-loop control of the pseudo-linear system is used to overcome the influence of modeling errors and external disturbances. The effectiveness of the decoupling control method is verified by using a two-input two-output strongly coupling micro-turbine system. Simulation results show that the control method has good robustness, simple structure, and can be easily implemented for engineering.关键词
