Abstract
The number of patients with chronic hepatitis B is great in China. At present, antiviral therapy is the key to treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B, which commonly used drugs is nucleoside (tide) analogues. Some pa tients were easily tended to develop drug-resistance because of using a variety of drugs for various reasons, which fi nally resulted in treatment failure. The clinical effect of Entecavir combined with Adefovir as a rescue therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B is definitely, which is the most powerful rescue therapy in our country. The side effect included fatigue, chest pain, muscle soreness and so on, which would be disappeared as the prolonged of treatment.关键词
