Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression of P53 protein in new molecular classification of breast cancer and clinical significance. Methods: Estrogen receptor (ER), progestrone receptor (PR), human epider mal receptor 2 (HER-2) , Ki-67 and P53 expression were performed by immunohistochemical staining in 92 surgi cal specimens of ductal breast carcinoma. The correlation between P53 expression and new molecular classification of breast cancer was analyzed. Results: P53 was negative in normal breast tissues while positive in 53. 3% cases of breast cancer (P <0. 05) ; The positive rate of P53 in HER-2 overexpression and triple-negative breast cancer was significantly higher than that those of Luminal A and B subtypes (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Clinically, molecular classification of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma via four items as ER, PR, HER-2, and ki-67 as well as detec tion of P53 are helpful for the assessment of tumor biological behavior and prognosis.关键词
