支持性心理治疗对复发老年抑郁症患者抑郁症状及生活质量的影响
Effective of supportive psychotherapy on the quality of life in relapsing patients with geriatric depression

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effective of supportive psychotherapy on the quality of life of relap sing patients with geriatric depression. Methods: Eighty cases of depression relapsing patients were divided into supportive psychotherapy ( study group) and antidepressant therapy alone ( control group ) randomly, 40 cases for each group. Application of the Geriatric Depression Scale ( GDS) and easy determination of the quality of life of the World Health Organization Questionnaire in Chinese (WHO-QOL-BREF) , were observed therapeutic effect be fore and after treatment and quality of life in two groups. Results: The study group was better than the control group significantly (P < 0. 05 ). Both improved the quality of life of patients, psychological field and the field of social relations of the study group was better than the control group significantly (P <0. 05 ~ P <0. 01). There was statistically significant in difference. Conclusions: Supportive psychotherapy can promote not only the treatment of relapse in patients with geriatric depression, but also improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
