Online Cigarette Carton Monitor in GD Packing Line
摘要
Abstract
The absence of carton package defect monitor in CT cartoner and CV carton overwrapper in GD packing line resulted in finished cartons with defects caused by carton blank or film distortion. Therefore, a carton monitor was designed by taking S7-200 PLC as control core and adopting optical fiber sensor and rejecting device. The results of application showed that the designed monitor could accurately detect and reject defective cartons, the frequency of downstream machine shutdown caused by unqualified cartons reduced from 10-15 to 2-4 times/shift, and cigarette packing quality and machine efficiency were improved.关键词
