Abstract
Objective To explore the application of linear cut stapler to the efficacy of the pulmonary bulla resection by subaxillary small incision. Methods Durning 2008～2011, our department uses the linear cut stapler to treat 14 cases of pulmonary bulla resection by subaxillary small incision. Results Operative time is 60～180 min with an average of 90 min. Intraoperative blood loss is 100～150mL, and its average is 120 mL. There is no case of hemothorax, pneumothorax, lung infections, bronchial fistula and other complications. Postoperative hospital stay is 10～12 d, an average of 11 d. 9 cases have been followed up for 3～12 months, with an average of 6 months, no recurrence of pneumothorax. Conclusion Application of linear cut stapler to pulmonary bulla resection by subaxillary small incision are satisfactory, has small trauma, no postoperative leak, short operative time, and could meet the aesthetic requirements, reduce hospitalization costs, it is worth to promote among the county hospitals.关键词
