摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish lymphatic metastasis models of transplanted human pulmonary adenoearcinoma in nude mice and to compare the effect of injection position on tumor growth and lymphatic metastasis. Methods Twenty BALB/c nude mice were divided equally into four groups. A549 cell was injected subcutaneously into the left back near axillar fossa,the right back near axillar fossa,the left hind limb and the left hind nail pad of nude mice in different groups respectively. Tumor size and lymphatic metastasis were dynamicly observed. Results Human transplanted pulmonary adenocarcinoma nude mice models were successfully established in each group. Tumors appear more early and grow faster(P <0. 05) in the left and right back near axillar fossa groups than the other two groups. Lymph node metastasis rates were 41.7% ,42. 9% ,23. 1% and 21. 4% in left near axillar fossa, right back near axillar fossa, left hind limbs and left nail pad groups , respectively. Injection into the left back near axillar fossa was the most convenient. Conclusion Subcutaneous injection of A549 cell in the left back approach axillar fossa of nude mice has the advantages of convenience,fast tumor growth,and high lymph metastasis rate. It might be an optimal animal model of human transplanted pulmonary adenocarcinoma lymphatic metastasis.
