摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of internal fixation (AO compress cannulated screws) and artificial femoral head replacement. Methods The elderly patients with femoral neck fractures treated in our department were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to the different ways of treatment. 32 patients in the observation group were underwent artificial femoral head replacement while 35 patients in the control group received internal fixation. And the comparison of some related datas was made between the two groups after the operation. Results The operative duration, intra-operative blood loss and cost of hospitalization in the observation group was higher than those of the control group(P <0. 05) , but the control group has longer immobilization time and higher complication rate of infection. The one-year follow-up shows that the observation group has better Harris scores and life quality ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement is a good choice for displaced femoral neck fracture patients over 65 years in order to gain better life quality with a view to age, type of fracture, physical and living condition.关键词
