CD64指数在早产儿细菌感染中的早期诊断价值
The Value of Neutrophil CD64 Index in the Early Diagnosis of Bacterial Infection in Premature Infants
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the early diagnostic value of CD64 index on neutrophils for bacterial infection in premature infants. Methods: A total of 100 premature infants were enrolled in this study. They were classified into bacterial infection group (n = 56) and non-infection group (n = 44) according to the final diagnosis. The CD64 index was detected by flow cytometry. Blood culture of bacteria, the detection of C-reactive protein (CRP) and count of white blood cells have also been done. The CD64 index.CRP and count of white blood cells were compared between the two groups. According to the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.the best cutoff value of CD64 index was calculated. Results: CD64 index in the bacterial infection group (12. 1 ± 6. 3) was significantly higher than that in the non-infection group (6. 9 ± 1. 9), P<0. 01. There were 2 and 0 in fants whose CRP were more than 8 mg/L in bacterial infection group and non-infection group, respectively. There was no sig nificant difference in count of white blood cells between the two groups. The area under curve (AUC) was 0. 914. Taking 6. 95 as the cutoff value of CD64 index, the sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value and Youden's index of CD64 index in the diagnosis of bacterial infection in premature infants were 89. 3 % ,90. 9 % ,92. 6% , 86. 9% ,76. 2% respec tively. Conclusions: CD64 index is of great value for the early diagnosis of bacterial infection.关键词
