未婚女性重复人工流产的影响因素分析
Investigation of Repeated Artificial Abortions in Unmarried Females and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current situation of repeated artificial abortions in unmarried females and its influen cing factors. Methods:A total of 273 cases of unmarried females who required artificial abortion voluntarily participated the descriptive questionnaires from July to December 2010. Results: Among them, 91 cases(33. 3%) underwent repeated artificial abortions. Compared with non-repeated abortion group, the proportion of females who had junior high school education or less in repeated abortion group was higher (28. 6% vs. 9. 9%. P < 0. 001);the proportion of unemployment/small private business/service industries was significantly higher (50. 5% vs. 27. 5% , P<0. 001);the proportion of females whoes sexual history were more than one year was higher (45. 1% vs. 21.4%, P<0. 001);The proportion of females who had multiple sex partners was higher (15. 4% vs. 3.3%, P<0. 001). Multivariate analysis also showed that repeated abortions in unmarried females was associated with educational level, socio-professional, contraceptive awareness, exposure time of sexual behavior, number of sexual partners. Conclusion: The incidence of repeated abortions in unmarried females is closely related to education level, socio-professional. lifestyle. It's important to guide and supervise the implementation of reliable contraceptive measures in high-risk women. 关键词
