摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis of asthenopia induced by short-distance use of eyes. Methods:The clinical data of 186 patients (392 eyes, eyestrain group) with visual fatigue induced by short-distance use of eyes confirmed in Jinshan hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The naked vision, eye pressure, visual function, and heterophoria of patients in eye strain group were observed, and 88 cases without visual fatigue were selected as control group and underwent test of eyesight, optometry. and heterophoria. Results: Among the 392 eyes enrolled in eyestrain group, there were 146 (37. 24%) myopic eyes. 40 (10. 20% ) emmetropic eyes, and 206 (52. 55% ) hyperopic eyes. Among the 176 eyes enrolled in control group, there were 91 (51.7%) myopic eyes. 40 (22.73%) emmetropic eyes, and 45 (25.57%) hyperopic eyes. There were 272 (69.39%) astigmatism eyes in eyestrain group, significantly more than those in the control group (70 eyes, 39. 77%), P<0. 01. Among 172 patients undergoing synoptophore examination in eyestrain group, there were 96 (55. 81%) patients with binocular fusion less than 10°. 64 (37.21%) patients with binocular fusion less than 20°, and 12 (6.98%) patients with binocular fusion more than 20°. Among 178 patients undergoing heterophoria examination in eyestrain group, 144 (80. 90%) patients had exotropia, while only 4 (2.25%) patients had e.sotropia, which was significantly different from the control group. Conclusions: Patients with hyperopia. astigmatism, insufficient binocular fusion, and exotropia were inclined to suffer from visual fatigue after short-distance use of eyes. 关键词
